TAPPI Young Professionals Division
The Young Professionals (YP) Division was launched in 2014 as a new division within TAPPI. The YP Division is where undergraduate and graduate students, recent graduates, and early career professionals come together to develop their leadership and technical skills, and to build relationships with peers and experienced industry professionals from across the pulp, paper, packaging, tissue, and related industries.

Our mission is to help guide and enhance the personal and professional growth of all TAPPI young professionals with a strong emphasis on communication, collaboration, and networking.
Vision Statement
We will create long-term value for young professionals by helping them build a strong personal and professional network, by providing world-class technical education, and by offering impactful leadership opportunities.
